Discussion Board

The Discussion Board has been redesigned with a modernized user interface. All existing functionality remains the same, with no changes to how the feature works.

User Deactivation

When deactivating a user, the system will now present any open tasks and assignments associated with that user for review before deactivation is completed. This helps ensure nothing important is overlooked.

​Hazards

The Location field in Hazards will now be automatically hidden when the related feature flag is turned off, reducing clutter and improving usability.

​Safety Meetings — New Feature (Feature Flagged)

A new Safety Meetings capability has been introduced. This feature allows Safety Managers to create and manage safety meetings as a dedicated entity within the system.

Key capabilities include:

  • Create a safety meeting directly from the Form Dashboard
  • Automatically generate a meeting from a selected form
  • Carry over relevant details from the form into the meeting record
  • Control which details transfer through form configuration settings

Note: This feature is currently controlled by a feature flag.

Hazard Settings

Organizations can now choose between displaying the risk matrix using:

  • Numbers only, or
  • A combination of numbers and letters
