Baldwin has numerous tools and features available that can be added to your organization's portal to help better manage your SMS/QMS. The $ symbol indicates which features may incur an additional charge, but most of these features can be added for free.

• ASAP, MSAP, ASAP-UAS $ - If you participate in an Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP), Baldwin can help manage and facilitate this exchange of information between Baldwin clients and third-party external reviewers. 
• ASIAS $- If you wish to voluntarily share relevant safety information with the FAA's Aviation Safety Information Analysis and Sharing (ASIAS) program, you can do so using your Baldwin data. Baldwin will compile and transmit the approved, deidentified data on your behalf to The MITRE Corporation (Fixed Wing) and GDIT (Rotor Wing) for further analysis. 
• Audit Manager - Offers audit forms that aid in assigning responsibilities, and evaluating and analyzing results of safety and quality initiatives. It's a way to monitor progress and effectiveness of activities that might otherwise be overlooked or go unaddressed.
• Discussion Board - Serves as an open forum to help foster communication and engagement. Topics can be created by an Administrator (or by any user, if requested). All users can view and reply to these topics and can follow the ones they are most interested in to ensure they are always updated.
• ER Alert $ - ER Alert is a feature that in the event of ERP activation will notify your ERP team by text, e-mail and phone call. It provides a configurable notification message to key ERP personnel and individualized checklists which are built to suit your operation and can be pre-assigned to specific team members. The feature includes a virtual workspace for the ERP team members to complete checklists, upload attachments and have ongoing discussions.
• External Links - Provides the ability for administrative users to add links to outside webpages/online documentation that can be easily accessed by all users.
• External Report Submissions - Allows individuals that do not have Baldwin credentials to report safety and quality event(s) and/or concern(s) directly to your Baldwin portal without compromising security.
• FOQA - No charge until integrated.
• Hazards - Also known as a Hazard Risk Register it is a repository of all the identified hazards associated with your operation.
• Landing Zones - For Rotor Wing operations, this feature allows you to create a database of various landing zones your operation encounters. Photos can be uploaded to document the satellite image, as well as the map image.
• Manuals $ - Streamline the task of maintaining and revising your manuals.
• OCC $ - Medical transport operations can add the OCC (Operational Control Center) feature to help provide additional oversight on the pre-flight Risk Assessment submissions.
• Operational Logs - Allows the ability to have monthly flight hours manually entered into the system. In the near future, you will be able to use this data in addition to the data you are already collecting in the Baldwin system, to create unique reports.
• Regions - For larger organizations with multiple locations, Regions can help to manage notifications by allowing any form owner to be notified of the forms submitted for their designated region. It also allows form owners to filter reporting tools by region. 
• Safety Performance Monitoring Program (SPMP) $
• Schedule - View legs imported from flight scheduling/planning partners that we integrate with.
• Status Board - Helpful feature that allows you to keep track of all of your date related items. Some examples include Annual Physical Examinations, Annual Check Rides, or Training Requirements.
• Trips - Create multi-leg risk assessments with either manually created legs or legs imported from external flight scheduling/planning integration partners.
