Why Use the Avianis Integration?

• Avoids the need for duplicate data entry across platforms.
• Imports flight details from Avianis directly into Baldwin FRATs (Risk Assessments) and other forms.
• Enables the use of flight data with Baldwin’s  reporting tools like  Excelerator,  Assurance Charts, and more. 
• Supports creating both single and multi-leg FRATs using imported data through the  Schedule features.
• Available at no additional cost.

How to Activate This Integration

1. Confirm you are an active Avianis customer.
2. Contact Baldwin Support to work with Avianis on configuring your portal.

How to Use This Integration

1. In the  Schedule feature, select + Import.
2. Choose Avianis from the dropdown.
3. New trips in Avianis will automatically be imported into Baldwin.
4. You can create a risk assessment or other submissions directly from the imported trip leg.
5. Risk Assessment fields will pre-populate with imported data. For additional forms to populate automatically, contact Baldwin Support.
