What Is the Baldwin and ForeFlight Dispatch Integration?

This integration allows you to transfer flight legs from ForeFlight Dispatch to Baldwin, enabling you to associate Risk Assessments, Safety Reports, and other Baldwin forms with specific legs or trips. By importing these flight legs, you can avoid manual entry of leg data on Baldwin forms. Imported data fields can be mapped to Baldwin forms to utilize Baldwin’s reporting tools, and a PDF of the submitted Risk Assessment will automatically be attached to the flight in ForeFlight Dispatch.


How to Activate the Integration

  • Requirements: An active ForeFlight Dispatch subscription.
  • Setup:
    1. Generate an API key in ForeFlight Dispatch and send it to Baldwin.
    2. Baldwin will configure your portal to start receiving flight data.
  • Cost: There is no additional charge for this integration.


How It Works

After setup, you can import ForeFlight data through the  Schedule feature:

  1. In the upper-right corner, select + Import.
  2. Choose ForeFlight.
  3. Begin typing the tail number to filter and select the desired aircraft.
  4. Adjust the date range, if needed.
  5. Click + Import to complete the import.
    • A green success message will confirm the import.
  6. Return to  Schedule to continue managing your flight.
