How to View Failed OCC Text Messages
What is it?
We understand how critical the OCC workflow is, which is why we have provided you with the ability to view any phone numbers that have failed text messages.
Who can view failed text messages?
Operational Control Managers have the ability to view these failed text messages. They can then validate the phone number and make and any necessary changes, usually just updating the phone number.
Where can failed text messages be viewed?
Operational Control Managers can access Locations via the main menu.
Inside Locations, there is an option for Failed Text Messages in the upper right corner.
Any text message that has failed to send will appear here with all necessary information.
OCC Managers should then return to the main Locations page, search for that location, and update the phone number.
