Set Up Single Sign-On (SSO)

Set Up Single Sign-On (SSO)

Why set up Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Single Sign On (SSO) allows your users to log in to multiple platforms using one log-in credential. Utilizing SSO helps to mitigate security access risks and reduces password fatigue for your users.

Baldwin Support of Single Sign-On

Baldwin supports SSO via SAML 2.0 and acts as a service provider (SP) for SSO. Your organization must implement a service to act as an identity provider (IdP).

Baldwin supports Identity Provider (IdP)-initiated SSO. This means when a user tries to log in to Baldwin, they must start from your company's SSO portal for authentication. A successful authentication will take the user to Baldwin.

We currently support the following SSO providers:

  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Okta
  • OneLogin
  • PingFederate
  • Google

How to Set Up SSO

Please contact Baldwin Support to set up SSO.
