The Airports page allows you to view and manage your organization's airport database. Airports from this database will show up on forms and your analytics.
All users can view available airports and add notes. Notes added to airports will appear as alerts on RiskAssist enabled risk assessments (coming soon).
Client Administrators can add new airports to the database. If your organization uses non-published landing zones or airports, they can be added from this page.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Safety Hub, then Airports:
Airports can be searched by Name, ICAO, IATA, Country, City. Additionally you can choose to show only airports from Baldwin’s database, or only airports that have been added by your organization.
To add a new note to an existing airport, click the “Notes” button.
Relevant information can be added. If the information is critical, click the “Mark as critical” checkbox.
All notes for the airport will display in this section. Notes marked as critical will be flagged in red:
In the near future, notes that have been added to airports will appear in RiskAssist enabled risk assessments.
Airports can be added by Client Administrators by clicking on the “New Airport” button.
Fill out the General Information fields.
Below the General Information section, Requirements, Limitations, and Runways can be added.
Once all the relevant details have been added. Click “Save”
The airport will now be available on forms that use the Airport drop-down.
