Assurance Charts

Assurance Charts

Assurance Charts allow you to create pie charts of your submission data for specific date ranges. These pie charts can be published to your Quick Risk Safety Profile or saved to include in presentations or external reports. Updates to answer selections will refresh every 15 minutes. Any form changes to question names, etc. should appear immediately once the form is published.

Who can create and modify them?

    • Anyone who is assigned as a Form Owner can create Assurance Charts for the forms they manage.

    How can I create one?

    • Go to “Reporting” from the navigation menu and then select “Assurance Charts”.
    • Select "New Assurance Chart" at the top right-hand corner.

    • Name: Fill in “Name” with what you would like the chart to be called.
    • Months: Select the time frame for your chart (i.e., 6 months, 12 months, etc.).
    • Form: From the dropdown select which form you would like the data to pull from.
      • Note: Organizations utilizing the Regions feature will have an option to create charts based on Regions. You will see the Regional option appear when you select a Regional form.
    • Select a Section: Choose which section your data appears in on the form (The Blue Header Section).
    • Select a question: Choose the question you wish to view on your chart.
    • Click "Save" at the upper right-hand corner to preview your Assurance Chart. Once you click Save, you will see your chart appear (if data is available).

Can I publish them somewhere on my Baldwin portal?

      • Yes! You can publish your Assurance Charts to your Quick Risk Safety Profile (QRSP) if you wish to have them viewable by all your users.
      • Toggle to Yes publishes your Assurance Chart on your QRSP.

      • You can also view, print, and download your chart to use elsewhere, if you would like!
