Create Pie and Line Charts
What is it?
Charts allows you to construct pie charts for conditions in the data, as well as time series. You can also create overview charts of mapped events, if your portal has been configured to utilize the Maps feature.
What this means is that you will be able to use the "AND" condition to bring more focus and clarity to the analysis.
For example, you have:
- The ability to graph the number of responses for >16 hours awake by fatigue assessment rating (low, medium, high).
- The ability to specify conditions will allow you to identify proportion of a certain condition based upon the presence of another condition. The number of conditions that can be specified are limitless, allowing a deep dive into the data.
Who can use Charts?
Any user in the Form Owner role.
Where can I access Charts?
- Charts can be accessed from the Reporting tab.

How do I create a chart?
- You can create a Pie Chart, Line Chart, or Map Chart.

- Within Line Chart, you can create an Area, Column, Line, or Scatter chart.

Note: Organizations utilizing the Regions feature will have an option to create charts based on Regions. You will see the Regional option appear when you select a Regional form.
Select the form, section and question you wish to report on for the first variable.
- For the second variable, select the section, question, and answer.
- Click Save to view your chart.
