Overview

Below is a summary of the different administrative roles available in Baldwin, along with their primary responsibilities. Roles are grouped by type for easy reference. All roles manage their owned forms, Bulletins, and have access to reporting tools.

Client Administrator
  • Full system management including user profiles and permissions.

    Feature Specific Roles
    • ASAP, MSAP, and UAS ASAP Managers: Assign external reviewers for respective programs
    • Audit Manager: Accesses and manages the Audit Manager feature
    • Classifications Manager: Manages the Classifications feature
    • Emergency Response Manager: Accesses and manages the ER Alert feature
    • FOQA/FDM Gatekeeper: Manages FOQA/FDM integrations and submissions
    • Manual Administrator: Manages the Manual interface and manual content
    • Operational Control Manager: Manages OCC zones, locations, and related features
    • Operational Control Specialist: Has access to the OCC feature
    • Training Manager: Manages the Status Board feature
