- Emergency Response Manager: Accesses and manages the ER Alert feature
- FOQA/FDM Gatekeeper: Manages FOQA/FDM integrations and submissions
- Manual Administrator: Manages the Manual interface and manual content
- Operational Control Manager: Manages OCC zones, locations, and related features
- Operational Control Specialist: Has access to the OCC feature
- Training Manager: Manages the Status Board feature
