What is a Form Owner?

A Form Owner is an individual or several individuals who are assigned to an Administrative Role within the Baldwin System.


What are the Form Owner’s responsibilities?

 Forms

  • Initial recipient for new form submission notifications.
  • Can assign the appropriate Contributors, Observers, and Investigators.
  • Follow and/or manage the form investigation process and ensure that all steps are being completed.
  • Close the form once investigation is complete.
  • When appropriate, can post the form for all members of organization to view.
  • Responsible for ensuring company processes are being followed throughout the lifecycle of the form.
  • Can manage which user  groups see which form folders. (Please note: Hiding form folders does not restrict access, but does reduce clutter across the site.) Form Owners can request this functionality via the  Form Change Request feature or by contacting Baldwin Support

Reporting

  • Access and manage the reporting features located under Reporting.
  • Export data for the forms they manage into via  Excelerator (only for the forms they manage).
  • Create various charts and graphs in  Assurance Charts and  Charts (only for the forms they manage).
  • Create and track Safety Objectives and Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) (only for the forms they manage).

Bulletins

  • Create, send, and manage Required Read Bulletins.
  • View bulletins acknowledgement reports.
  • Send acknowledgement reminders to participants who have yet to acknowledge the Bulletin.

Note: Client Administrators can designate who is a Form Owner by adding them to an Administrative Role under Administration.
