AI Form Summary - Excluding Form Sections
How to Exclude a Form Section From AI Summaries
Form sections can be optionally excluded from AI summaries. This can be done from the Form Management page.
Navigating to the Form
Select the Form Management menu from the navigation sidebar
Select the Form Management page
Select the form group that contains the form you’d like to change.
Enabling Editing
To Edit the form, click on the “Edit Form” button to the right of the form’s title
Click “Enable Editing.” This will create a new draft version of your form that allows you to make changes, but won’t immediately publish them
Click the Edit button next to the section you’d like to exclude from AI summaries.
Change “Exclude from AI Summary” to “Yes”
Click Save to save the section.
If no other adjustments need to be made, click Publish
The section will now be excluded from the AI Summaries
