Form notifications and configurations

What is the Form Configuration?

The Form Configuration feature provides a detailed overview of the setup and configuration for a specific form, including posting rules, notification settings, and integration mappings.


Who Can Access Form Configuration?

Form Owner have access to view the configuration for any forms they manage.


How to Access a Form's Configuration

  1. Navigate to  Form Management under  Admin.
  2. Select  Change Requests to view the setup and configuration details for the form.



Details Available in Form Configuration

Form Details

  • Postability: Defines how form submissions are posted for user access.
    • Auto Posted: Automatically viewable by all users upon submission.
    • Postable: Requires manual posting by Form Owners for visibility.
  • Auto Close: Displays thresholds if the form is set to close automatically.
  • Regional: Indicates if the form is specific to certain regions.
  • Default Task Descriptions: Shows task assignments for Contributors, Investigators, or Observers, which can be customized.
  • Notification Rules: Lists recipients for submission notifications based on form risk scores, allowing assignment by roles, users, or groups.
    Example: Notify user John Smith for risk scores of 3 and above.


Sections

  • Displays section permissions, detailing which sections can be  viewed or  edited by users.
    • Editable sections are marked accordingly for assigned roles.


    Integrations

    • Fields mapped for integration with other platforms appear here. Clicking  Change Requests reveals integration details and mappings.
      • Available Integrations:
        • Flights (compatible with BART, PFM, Airplane Manager, etc.)
        • R-ASIAS
        • ASRS

        • Form Summary Preview: Displays selected form fields in a preview for easier reference.
