Form Dashboard Viewing Options
Viewing Options
The Form Dashboard offers two viewing options: .png)
List View and 
Board View. You can switch between them to suit your preference.
List View
The List View displays submissions in a condensed list format. Each item can be expanded to reveal additional details:
- Report ID: Provides the ID of the form and a link to the submission.
- Answer Summary: Shows all form fields configured for form previews.
- Form Assignments: Lists all Contributors, Observers, or Investigators assigned to the form. You can edit tasks directly from the dashboard.
- Task Reminder: Click the envelope icon to quickly send a reminder for open tasks in the selected assignment.
- Quick Action Buttons:
- Mark Closed: Closes the submission.
- Reopen: Reopens a closed submission.
- Delete: Removes the submission from the portal.
Board View
- Report ID: Form ID with a link to the submission.
- Form Type: Type of form submitted.
- Classifications: Any classifications tagged to the submission.
- Tasks: Displays the status of tasks using color-coded icons:
- Blue: Tasks are in progress.
- Green: Tasks are completed.
- Red: Tasks are overdue.
- Days Open: Number of days the submission has been open.
- Submitted Date: Date the form was submitted.
The Board View organizes submissions in a tile format, making it easy to scan details at a glance. Each tile displays:
