External Form Submissions allows individuals without Baldwin credentials to securely submit safety events or concerns directly to your Baldwin portal. This ensures that valuable input from passengers, vendors, contractors, or other external parties can be captured without compromising system security.
Once submitted, your organization’s leadership can review these reports and determine whether additional internal reports or follow-up actions are necessary.
External stakeholder reporting is a key element of interface management, a concept promoted by ICAO to enhance collaboration and risk identification across organizational boundaries. This approach is also reflected in the FAA part 5 Safety Management System requirements.
