How to Generate a QR Code

Generating QR Codes for Baldwin Portal Access

If you need a QR code for easy access to any page in your Baldwin portal, you can generate one. These QR codes can be added to company posters, signage, documents, etc., allowing users to quickly and easily reach specific areas in your Baldwin portal.


How to generate a QR code directly in Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome and go to the webpage you want to create a QR code for.
  2. Right-click any blank space on the page.
  3. From the context menu, you should see an option that says "Create QR code for this page".
  4. Click on "Create QR code for this page".
  5. A QR code will appear in a pop-up window. You can then download the QR code image by clicking on the Download button, or you can copy the QR code to use elsewhere by clicking Copy.
    If you don’t see the option, make sure your Google Chrome is up-to-date. You may need to update your browser to access it.


How to Create a QR Code for Form Creation?

  1. Go to the  Forms Management section in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click on the form group where your form is located.
  3. Right-click on the specific form you want to generate the QR code for.

  4. Select Copy Link Address from the options menu.
  5. Paste that URL into the QR Code Generator.
    This will create a new draft of the form each time a user accesses the QR code.
