Excelerator - Create Report

What is it?

  • With Excelerator, you can export any of your form submission data to a .csv file. 

Who can create Excelerator reports?

  • Any Form Owner can create Excelerator reports for the forms they own.

Where can Excelerator reports be created?

  • From your main menu, select Reporting.
  • Click on the “Excelerator” link


  • Select New Report.

  • ​​​Select the the date range (Default date range is 6 months. Max range is 4 years, per report.) Select the form where your data will be exporting from.
  • To further filter the list of forms in the dropdown, begin typing the name of the form.


  • Select the items you would like displayed in the excel print. These are the items that will appear as columns on your Excel report. 
  • When all areas have been selected, click one of the “Generate Report” buttons (There is a “Generate Report” at both the top and bottom of the page)
  • Your report will show as “In Progress” while it is calculating. You can navigate through the system while your report runs or log out and come back later.

  • Once your report has finished generating, you can download the report as an Excel file where any modifications can be made.
