Manage Classifications

Manage Classifications

What is it?

The Classifications feature allows Form Owners to apply a custom tag(s) (e.g. fatigue) to any form within the portal. Form Owners can then search for a tagged theme or concern across all forms in the organization.

Who can manage Classifications?

  • Any user who is in the Classifications Manager role can create and delete tags.
  • Any user who is in a Form Owner role can attach a tag(s) to a form submission for a form that they own.

How do I create a tag?

  • If you are in the Classifications Manager role, you can create a new classification by selecting Classifications in the Reporting section of your main menu.

  • Click  to create a new classification.
  • Enter a name and optional description.

How do I add a Classification tag to a form submission?

  • Form Owners will see an option to Edit the Classifications in the header of the form submission for forms that they own.

  • You will then see a pop window where you can search and select one or more relevant Classifications.

How do I see which submissions are in each classification?

  • As a Classifications Manager, you can see the list of all Classifications on the main page.

  • Click on the blue link to view all the form submissions that have been tagged with that Classification.

  • You can then open up each submission to view its contents.
