Manage Assets
What Are Assets?
Assets include Aircraft, Ground Vehicles, Facilities, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems that appear in your portal.
Who Can Manage Assets?
Client Administrators can manage assets from the 
Admin tab. Form Owners have view-only access and cannot edit assets.

- Click
Assets from the 
Admin tab - Click on + New Asset in the top right corner.
- Select the type of Asset you wish to create.
- Enter the information in the available fields. Fields marked with " * " are required; others are optional.
How to View Asset Details
To view an asset’s details, click on the asset’s name.
How to Edit Asset Details
To edit an asset, click Edit on the right of the asset.
- Ensure you click Save in the top right to apply any changes.
How to Deactivate an Asset

Deactivate to the right of the asset to remove it from active use.

- Filter the search results by Deactivated status.
