About Bulletins Management

  • Our Bulletins feature enhances your ability to send important safety information to your team members. Our goal is to elevate the significance of the information to a higher level of urgency and require the receiver to acknowledge that they received and understand the information.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Bulletins will be available for all current and new members of the recipient group until the Bulletin is deactivated.

Who can manage this feature

  • Any user assigned as a Client Administrators (CAs) or Form Owner.

Creating a bulletin

  • Click +Create New Bulletin to open the edit page.

  • On the edit page, you can:
    1. Specify the title.
    2. Add in the bulletin contents. Use the editing tools to manage font, insert links, upload images, remove existing formatting, and more.
    3. Select the bulletin category (Categories are connected to admin roles. You will only see categories associated with the admin access you have.)
    4. Set future Publication or Deactivation dates.
      • Example: A new policy goes into effect on a certain date. Set the publication date to publish automatically on the date the new policy is effective.
      • Example: You know a bulletin will only be relevant for 3 months. Set a deactivation date for 3 months from now and it will automatically deactivate.
      • Note: If toggle is set to no, bulletin will publish immediately upon clicking Save and Publish. Bulletin will have to be manually deactivated.
    5. Select Recipients. Send to all users in your organization or specific group(s).
    6. Bulletins can be saved as a Draft to finish later or Published for all recipients to view.

    Publishing a bulletin

    • NOTE:  Once a bulletin is published, it CANNOT be edited. Allowing editing would force users to acknowledge each edited version of a bulletin.
    • As soon as a bulletin is published, all users designated to receive the bulletin will get an email notifying them of the bulletin.
    • It will also appear in the To Do list on their dashboard.

    Viewing bulletin acknowledgement data

    • Clicking the three dots to the right of the bulletin will open a new menu

    • Select Report from the list.

      2. View the percentage of acknowledgements in the first two weeks of Bulletin being published.
