What are the Types of SPIs in Baldwin?

In Baldwin, three types of Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) can be created to support safety objectives and monitor progress. SPI graphs update monthly, on the first of the month, reflecting data entered during the prior month.

Form Submission SPIs 

  • Submission Activity SPI: Tracks the overall submission activity for the selected form.
  • Submission Answers SPI: Uses answer data from form submissions and can work with Operational Logs to analyze specific responses.

Manually Entered SPIs

  • Created with data not automatically collected in Baldwin, these SPIs allow form owners to manually add data to support custom objectives.

System Generated SPIs

  • Average Active Days per User: Calculates the average number of days (a "day" is 24 hours) that users interact with Baldwin, such as logging in, submitting forms, or updating profiles.
  • Anonymous Submission Percentage: Measures the percentage of form submissions that are submitted anonymously across the portal.
