What can I search for in the top search bar?
What is it?
The search bar at the top of every page in Baldwin allows users to search for helpful items in their portal.
What can be searched?
Depending on their role, users can search for the following items:
- All Users:
- Can search for Form Submissions using the Form ID number
- Example: To locate the Risk Assessment with the form ID of RA-1234, simply type "1234" or "RA-1234" in the search bar and select it from the dropdown.
- Please note: Non-Administrative Users and Client Administrators will only be able to search for forms they submitted, are assigned to, that have been posted, or is a Draft they have created.
- Client Administrators: (in addition to the above)
- Can search for specific Assets
- Example: To locate the aircraft N12345 - Gulfstream G550, type either the registration number, manufacturer, model, or serial number in the search bar and select the desired item from the dropdown.
- Can search for specific Users
- Example: To locate Jane Smith, simply type part of the name or the full name to narrow the results further. Select the desired name from the dropdown.
- Form Owners:
- Can search for form submissions for forms they own
- Example: To locate Safety Report number SR-345677, simply type "345677" or "SR-345677" into the search bar and select the desired form from the dropdown.
