Automated Reminder Notifications for Form Submissions

The Baldwin system automatically sends reminder emails to prompt Form Owners to review specific submissions. These notifications help ensure no items were missed and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions linked to each submission.

 

Conditions for Receiving a Reminder

Reminders are sent only if all of the following conditions are met: 

  • The submission is a "report" form type (e.g., Safety Report, Clinical Report, Change Management Report, Fatigue Report, etc.).
  • The submission has been closed for at least 90 days.
  • The submission has a score of 4 or higher.

  

Who Receives This Notification?

Any user designated as a Form Owner for report form types, such as Safety Reports, will receive this notification.
