Discussion Board

Discussion Board

What is it?

An area to help foster open discussions in a forum setting. Topics are created and any user can view and reply.

Who can create topics?

Your portal can be configured to allow only administrative users (Form Owners or Client Administrators) to create topics or you can allow all users to create topics. Just let us know what you prefer!

How are topics created?

  • Select "+ New Topic" to open up the New Topic page.
  • Add Title, Body of Post, and any attachments, if necessary.
  • When finished, select "Post" to make the Topic available to all users.

  • Once Published, users can select specific topics to Follow so they are notified when new replies are added.
  • Notifications can be sent via email or the notifications area, dependent on their preferences.
