Customizing the Risk Matrix

Overview

You now have the option to customize the 5x5 Risk Matrix used in the Hazard Log. This customization is completely optional and does not affect any historical data.

Note: Currently, this feature is available for Hazards only, but will be extended to Forms in the near future.

What Can Be Customized?

  • Risk Matrix size
  • Risk Matrix orientation
  • Risk level colors
  • Row and Column headers



  • Once a new Matrix has been created the previous version of the risk matrix would be retired but will still be visible with the date of change at the bottom of the page. 



  • 'Use as a default hazard risk matrix' checkbox will automatically apply this change to your hazard risk matrix. Once you have saved the new matrix the system will automatically take you to the hazard settings page so you can define your new organization's acceptable risk score.
