Emergency Response Log
What is it?
Historical log of all Emergency Response Drills and Actual Events initiated in Baldwin via the Emergency Response (ER) Alert feature.
Who has access to the Emergency Response Log?
Any user who is an Emergency Response Manager can access this area.
Where can the ER Log be accessed?
The Emergency Response Log can be accessed on the main Emergency Response page.
What can be viewed in the Emergency Response Log?
From the main ER Alert page, you can see a list of all drills and actual events initiated in Baldwin.
Drills are shown with a Blue tag. Actual events are shown with a Red tag.
Click on a specific drill/event to view the history log.
Here you can see the following drill/event information:
- Who initiated the drill or event
- Drill/event start and end date
- All associated form submissions/checklists
- Log of all users who checked in to the Emergency Operations Center during the event
- All Event Status and Critical Information comments and attachments
