Emergency Response Alert Feature

Emergency Response Alert Feature

What is it?

In the event of a tabletop drill, mishap, or emergency event, the ER Alert Feature can notify key responders by text, e-mail, and phone call.

    • It provides a configurable notification message to key ERP personnel and individualized checklists, depending on the recipient's role.
    • It also provides information for a call center to log incoming and outgoing phone calls.

    How does it work?
