Form Management page

What is it?

The Form Management page allows Form Owners to view and manage configurations and content on their organization's forms.


Who can access the Form Management page

Any user who is a Form Owner

Form Management page is located in the Form Management area of the main menu. 


What appears in Form Management

The Form Management main page displays all of the forms that you own, broken down by form group. Here you will be able to see how your forms are configured, who owns them, which groups are assigned to them, etc.


  • Administrative Role: Black tag that displays the Administrative Role who owns all forms in that form group.
  • Groups: If a group(s) has been assigned to a form group, the group will show as a blue tag. Form groups can be configured to only show for users who are members of certain groups. 
  • +New Submission: Allows you to quickly create a new draft.
  • Change Requests: Allows you to request and manage changes to that form and communicate directly with the Baldwin team. You can also view how the form's notifications are set up and other information about how the form is configured.
  • Form Submissions: Quick link to take you to the form folder search page.
