How to Assign Locations and Form Owners to Regions


Assigning a Location to a Region

  1. Go to the  Locations tab in your Baldwin portal.
  2. Click  Edit next to the Location you want to assign.
  3. In the edit window, select the desired Region for the Location.
  4. Click  Update Location.


Assigning a Form Owner to a Region

  1. Go to  Admin in the main menu, then select  Users.
  2. Find and click on the user profile of the Form Owner you wish to assign to a Region.
  3. If the user is in a Form Owner role that manages Regional forms, a Regions section will appear at the bottom of their profile.
  4. Check the boxes next to the Regions you want to assign this user to.

By following these steps, you can easily manage Location and Region assignments within your organization.
