My Bulletins

What is it?

The Bulletins feature is a tool for communicating information that is critical in nature and allows the ability to track acknowledgement for accountability. Bulletins remain active until the original information is no longer relevant or is included in a permanent home (e.g., documents, SMS manual, etc.).

Who can access the My Bulletins feature?

All users can access My Bulletins.

How to view and acknowledge bulletins:

When a new Bulletin is published:

  • You will receive an email notification with a link to the new Bulletin.
  • You can view all read and unread bulletins in My Bulletins.


  • Unread bulletins appear on under the "My Bulletins" page found under the Safety Hub menu, or the widget found on the home page.

      

  • Bulletins that are assigned to you should be read and acknowledged.
  • Once acknowledged, you will see a green confirmation with an acknowledgement date/time stamp. 
  • It will be removed from your "My Bulletins" page.
  • Your leadership team can also see that you have acknowledged the bulletin.
