My Submissions

What is it?

An area that displays all your personal drafts, assigned form submissions, and any publicly posted submissions.

Who can view it?

Any user who has access to the portal can view My Submissions.


My Submissions filtering options

To reduce search results and make it easier to find what you need, My Submissions can be filtered by:

  • Submitter: Narrow down submissions by the person who submitted them.
  • Form Status: Filter by status, such as Draft, Submitted, Closed, etc.
  • Date Range: Search within a specific time frame.
  • Form Type: Select a specific form to search for.
  • Tasks: Filter forms with your assigned tasks, including Open, Overdue, or Completed tasks.
  • Keywords: Search by specific keywords within the form's content.
  • Posted Forms: View forms posted within your organization.

Results can be sorted by:

  • Created Date
  • Updated Date
  • Report ID
  • Form Type

Viewing Mine

Select the Mine tab to view all of the drafts and submissions you have created.


Viewing All submissions

To view all form submissions assigned to you, select the All tab. You may be assigned to a form as a Contributor, Observer, or Investigator. Additionally, you can filter the view to include all posted forms within your organization.
 

Each tile shows the following as default:

  • Form Score: Overall risk score of form (where applicable)
  • Report ID: ID of the form and link to the submission
  • Form Type: Type of form submitted
  • Classifications: Custom tags (e.g. fatigue)
  • Tasks: Clipboard icon displays task statuses
    • Blue - Tasks are In Progress
    • Green - Tasks are Completed
    • Red - Tasks are Overdue
  • Days Open
  • Created Date

Configuring Columns
Users can now customize their My Submissions view by clicking on the three dots next to any submission, choosing which columns to display, and arranging them in their preferred order.
