Anonymous Submissions

Anonymous Submissions

When you submit a form anonymously, it becomes a truly anonymous form. The Baldwin system has no way to determine who submitted the form.

What happens?

  • Submitter's name is removed from the top of the submission.
  • No one in your organization can see or access the submitter's name.
  • The Baldwin system does not save the submitter's name and cannot be retrieved by a Baldwin employee.

What does this mean?

  • Form Owners/Managers do not know who to follow up with if they need more information or additional questions.
  • Submitter will NOT see the form under My Assignments because the system does not know who submitted the form.
  • Submitter will NOT be able to see or access the form submission until it is posted.
  • Submitter will NOT see this form listed under their My Submissions area.
