What is it?
The Report Card displays a snapshot of the overall activity and performance of your organization. The default date range is set to the last 12 months, but you are able to configure the date ranges by the following options: yearly (up to the last three years), quarterly, or a custom date range.

Who can access it?
Any user who is a Form Owner is able to view the Report Card.
What kind of information is on the Report Card?
- Features Used - Displays selected features in the portal that are being utilized by the organization.
- Submission Activity Graphs - Display form submission activity for the selected timeframe.
- Average Score By Form Type - Average risk score (in Blue) compared with the score of all the forms submitted (in Black) for the selected timeframe.
- User Activity Graphs - Overall activity of the users in the portal over the selected timeframe.
- Pie Charts - Automatically generated pie charts that display form activity broken down by risk score. Only Assessment and Report form types (typically Safety Reports and Risk Assessments) will appear here.
