Report Card

What is it?

The Report Card displays a snapshot of the overall activity and performance of your organization. The default date range is set to the last 12 months, but you are able to configure the date ranges by the following options: yearly (up to the last three years), quarterly, or a custom date range.


Who can access it?

 Any user who is a Form Owner is able to view the Report Card.

What kind of information is on the Report Card?

  • Company Data (Data in this section only shows current data. The asterisk(*) denotes that this data will not update based on the date range configurations.)
    • User Count - Displays the number of Users in your portal,
    • Average Days Active Per User - how many days (day=24 hrs) a user interacts with the Baldwin site.
      • Examples of "interactions" include: Log in, submit forms, acknowledge a bulletin, update user profile
    • Assets - Lists the number of any aircraft, facilities, ground vehicles, maritime vessels, or unmanned aircraft systems in your portal.

    • Form Activity - Displays your organization's form activity.
      • Avg Score - The average Risk score of your submitted form.
      • Anon - The number of anonymous forms that have been submitted.
      • High Risk (4+) - The number of forms submitted that have a Risk score of 4 or higher.
      • Total - The number of forms submitted in the selected date range.
      • Posted% - Percentage of forms that have been marked as Posted.
      • Comments - The number of organizational comments that users have made across that particular form type.
    • Bulletins -
      • Total Bulletin Count - Displays the total number of bulletins that have been posted during the selected timeframe.
      • Avg. Bulletin Read Rate - Percentage of users or group of users who have marked the bulletins they have been sent as acknowledged.
    • Manuals (This section will only appear if your manuals are maintained by Baldwin.)
      • Change Request Count - Displays the number of manual change requests for the selected timeframe. 
      • Current Version - Version of the current published manual.
      • Published Date - Date latest version was published.
    • Features Used - Displays selected features in the portal that are being utilized by the organization.
    • Submission Activity Graphs - Display form submission activity for the selected timeframe.
    • Average Score By Form Type - Average risk score (in Blue) compared with the score of all the forms submitted (in Black) for the selected timeframe.
    • User Activity Graphs - Overall activity of the users in the portal over the selected timeframe.
    • Pie Charts - Automatically generated pie charts that display form activity broken down by risk score. Only Assessment and Report form types (typically Safety Reports and Risk Assessments) will appear here.
