Approving or Rejecting Changes in a Manual
Who Can Approve or Reject Changes?
Only users assigned as Manual Administrators can approve or reject Change Requests.
Steps to Approve or Reject Changes
Notification of Completion
Once Baldwin completes a Change Request, a notification is sent to you.
Locate the Change
- Enter the manual, and look for the
green icon above the Table of Contents, indicating completed Change Requests. - Expand the chapters with the green icon until you find the specific policy that was modified.

Review the Change
- Open the policy, and navigate to the Open Change Requests tab on the right side of the content.
- If the change meets your requirements, click Approve All above the Open Change Requests tab.
Rejecting a Change
- If the change doesn’t meet expectations, go to Change Request view to see each change individually, along with its date and timestamp.
- Click the Actions dropdown and select Reject.
- A pop-up will request the reason for rejection. Enter the reason, then click Ok.
- The status of the Change Request will then update to Rejected, and Baldwin staff will be notified.
