Understanding Compliance Identifiers in Manuals

Compliance identifiers provide a visual display of regulations covered in each policy within the manual.


Available Compliance Groups

Here are the currently available compliance groups (all Compliance Identifiers belong to one of these groups):

  • 14 CFR Part 107
  • 14 CFR Part 135
  • 14 CFR Part 145
  • 14 CFR Part 5
  • 14 CFR Part 91
  • 40 CFR Part 109
  • 40 CFR Part 112
  • CAMTs
  • CAR 604
  • DCT 10 or More
  • DCT 9 or Less
  • GACAR
  • ICAO Annex 19 2nd ED Jul 2016
  • ICAO Annex 6
  • IS-BAH
  • IS-BAO
  • SPCC Tier 1
  • SPCC Tier 2

How to Access Compliance Identifiers

  1. Navigate to Admin >  Manuals.

  2. Click on  Compliance in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. A table will appear with two columns:

    • Fulfilled (Green Bars): Displays the Compliance Identifier and the specific policy that fulfills each regulation.
    • Unfulfilled (Red Bars): Lists Compliance Identifiers not yet correlated with a policy.
    • Not Applicate


    Custom Policy Compliance Identifiers: Viewing, Adding, or Removing Compliance Identifiers

    Please contact Baldwin to add or remove any Compliance Group in your portal. Manual Administrators can then view, add, or remove Compliance Identifiers within policies.


    Steps to Add or Remove Compliance Identifiers from a Custom Policy

    1. Go to the policy needing adjustments.
    2. Click on the Compliance tab.
    3. In the search bar, type the relevant regulation to add; select it from the dropdown list to include it.
    4. To remove a Compliance Identifier, click  Remove next to the identifier.
