Publishing a Manual

Manual Administrators can publish a manual once all changes have been reviewed and approved. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Check Change Status Bar:

    • Ensure all fields under the Change Status Bar show zeros for Changes In ProgressNeeding Approval, and Rejected.
  2. Mark as Publishable:

    • Click on the  Actions button in the upper right corner.
    • Select  Mark Publishable.
  3. Manual Status Update:

    • Once marked as publishable, the manual's status will change from Draft to Ready to Publish.
    • The manual will be automatically published the following morning.
  4. Published Manual:

    • The manual will appear in General and  Documents for all users to view in the Manuals folder.
  5. Notification:

    • All users will receive a notification that a new revision has been added to  Documents.
    • The next revision number will be updated in the manual interface with a Draft status, ready for further changes or updates.

This process ensures that the manual is finalized, published, and accessible for all users.
