ASAP Submission Workflow for Submitter

ASAP Submission Workflow for Submitter

Your ASAP report has been submitted.

What happens next?

  • Your organization's ASAP Manager will be notified. From there, the report is reviewed internally and the ASAP Manager has the ability to assign the report to outside reviewers (ACSF, FAA, POI, PMI, etc.). The report is investigated and worked by the ERC until a final conclusion is reached. Once a final conclusion is reached the form can be closed.
    • Note 1: ASAP Reports cannot be posted, so the information is not available to the entire organization. It is only available to those assigned to it.
    • Note 2: Only one submitter per report! If more than one user was involved, they must each submit their own individual report.

A few things to remember:

  • Your identity is held confidential during this process! Only your organization’s ASAP Manager knows your identity.
    • Due to this confidentiality, after a submission is made, no one in your organization (including you) can see or access your report except your organization’s ASAP Manager and members of the ERC assigned by the Manager.
    • Note: ERC members only have restricted access to your de-identified report.
  • You WILL NOT be able to access your ASAP report after submission, but you will receive a confirmation email upon submission.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this process, please contact your ASAP Manager for additional information.
