How to Map an Event on a Form Submission
What is the Map feature?
The map feature allows a report submitter to annotate on a map where a particular safety event occurred. Form Owners can then create a custom overview map showing all mapped events and can filter those events by other conditions.
How to Map an Event on a Form Submission
**If the Maps field does not appear on the form, Form Owners should contact Baldwin Support to configure the desired form.**
- Submitters can drop a pin on the map simply by clicking on the map.
- Submitters can zoom in and out of the map using the "+" and "=" buttons in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Submitters can also quickly zoom in to the area of interest by typing lat/long coordinates, an airport identifier, road intersection, or a town/city name into the search field.
