Adding attachments to manual change requests

Who Can Add Attachments?

Only Manual Administrators can add attachments to a Change Request.


Steps to Upload Attachments to a Change Request

  1. Locate the Open Change Requests

    • After submitting a Change Request, go to Content View. The Open Change Requests list will appear on the right.
  2. Add an Attachment or Comment

    • Find the specific change in the list and click Add Attachment/Comments below the text of the change.
    • In the pop-up window, enter any relevant comments in the text box.
    • Click Choose Files to select your attachment, then click Post a Comment to upload it.

The attachment and any comments will now be added to the Change Request.
