New recommended policy content

Baldwin will occasionally send notifications to all Manual Administrators advising them of a proposed change to their template policy.

This communication can be found in the upper right corner of the portal in the notification bell.


The notification will have a blue "manual" label and the title will state "Review New Recommended Policy Content".

Click on the Notification and you'll notice the Changed Policies area. The policy name, reason for the change, and the manual affected are listed.


By clicking on the Manual name, you will be directed to the specific policy that we are recommending a change in.

Once in the manual:

  • You are automatically brought to the Content tab, click on the Template Change tab at the top of the policy.


  • The content highlighted in green denotes what the recommended change is.


  • The bottom of the page lists the Reason for Change.


  • Within this view, in the upper right-hand corner you will see the date the recommended change was initiated.


  • After reviewing the recommended change, you can either:

 o Create a change request by copying the text in Reason for Change if you'd like this change made in your manual.

o If this is not a change you want to make to your manual, no further action is necessary.
