Using Audit Manager

What is it?

The Audit Manager is designed to help you manage your audit activity more efficiently. It allows you to:

  • View audit submissions
  • Assign deadlines
  • Track open, closed, and recurring findings
  • Export findings for offline review or sharing

Who Can Use the Audit Manager?

    Any Form Owner assigned to manage an Audit form that uses Baldwin’s Standard Audit question block.

      What Appears in the Audit Manager?

      Only audits that include Baldwin’s Standard Audit question block will automatically populate in the Audit Manager.


      If you do not see a specific Audit listed, please contact Baldwin Support so we can configure the form correctly.

      How to Access the Audit Manager

        You can find the Audit Manager under the Form Management tab in your Baldwin portal.

        Viewing Audit Reporting


        Click the Reporting button next to the relevant audit.


        Use the Date Range filter to narrow down results.

        How can I assign a deadline?


        You can schedule deadlines and assign audits to other users in Baldwin.

        • On the main Audit Manager page, click Deadlines.

        • Select + New Deadline.

        • Enter the deadline date and description.
        • Use the dropdown to search and select the assigned user.
        • Click Save.

        Once assigned, the user will receive an email notification, and the audit will automatically appear under My Audits on their landing page.


        When the assigned user clicks the audit a new draft is created, the audit status updates to In Work, and it’s linked to the Audit Manager for easy tracking.

        Viewing Audit Findings


        To view findings:

        • Click Findings under the appropriate audit to see all questions marked Unsatisfactory.

        • Use the Recurring Findings tab to view questions that have been marked Unsatisfactory more than once across audits.

        Exporting Findings


        You can export findings directly from the Audit Manager:

        • Navigate to the Findings tab for a specific audit.
        • Click the Export icon or button to download a report of Unsatisfactory and Recurring Findings.

        This is especially useful for sharing results with leadership, preparing for follow-ups, or maintaining offline records.
