Automatically send R-ASIAS data to GDIT
What is it?
The ability to send Rotorcraft ASIAS (R-ASIAS) data directly from the Baldwin system to the General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) data repository.
Who can send this data?
Form Owners can choose specific submissions to send to R-ASIAS for the forms they own.
Adding the Functionality to Forms
Form Owners will need to contact Baldwin to configure fields on applicable forms (e.g., Safety Reports, UAS Reports, Wildlife Strike Reports, etc.).
The following fields can be mapped to send R-ASIAS data to GDIT:
- Description (Text Field)
- Location (Text Field)
- Date and Time (Date/Time Field)
- UTC Offset (Text Field)
- Aircraft Type (Text Field)
- Flight Phase (Dropdown Field)
- Operating Waiver (Yes/No Single-Select Field)
How does it work?
On forms that have been configured to send data to R-ASIAS, there willl be an option under the More dropdown to Submit to R-ASIAS.
Once you select Submit to R-ASIAS, you will see a preview of the data you will be sending to R-ASIAS.
Select the blue Send to R-ASIAS button on the right to send. You will see a green confirmation message when the data has been sent.
